Finding Forester Review

Finding Forester

The film Finding Forester features the famous actors Sean Connery and Rob Brown.  The film is a drama that will catch your attention the whole movie. The movie is rated 13PG due to language.

Finding forester is about a boy named Jamal who enjoys basketball and has a hidden talent for writing. He expresses his talent throughout his journal, in which his talent of writing flourishes. Jamal then finds an unusual friend in an unsuspected tutor to share his secret hobby of writing with.

This film is kind of similar to the movie The Blind Side. Both movie ends up considering a person who is not blood related a member of their family. Both of the unsuspected family members both are lack on social skills and needed someone to help them regain them so they can get back out in the world.

Finding forester had a very interesting story line throughout the movie. It kept you waiting to see what is going to happen. The movie is well acted out and has an excellent story line. I found there was a lot of stereo typing throughout the movie about the Bronx but I would still recommend this movie due to the excellent story line.

The writer of the film portrays that you should never judge anything by the way it looks. The author also makes Jamal a very complex character and allows him to show his feelings.
