“Float like a Cadillac sting like a Beemer”

“Float like a Cadillac sting like a Beemer”. From the movie cars this is Lightning McQueen. I am a red race car that has the number 95 on the side.  My fans cheer me on because I am fastest and most reliable race car on the track. In this essay I am going to talk explain the one character I would switch places with and why.
One reason it would be neat to be lightning McQueen is that you always are mobile.  Whenever you needed to go somewhere or move from one place to another it would be easier to reach your destination.  Also it would be way easier in the since that you would have nothing to pack up and it is faster to move from one place to another.
Being Lightning McQueen It make me the most popular race car driver. Which would mean you would constantly have people cheering me on and have people worshiping me. If some day I was having a bad day it would help with my confidence and make me feel better. Being the most popular race car driver and having tones of fans would make it easy to have security at all time and never have to worry about being ambushed by fans.
Third reason that I want to be lightning McQueen is that I would get what I want. Since I am the number one race car driver it would be easy to get anything I want. For example if I wanted something to drink I would just say it loud and someone would bring it to me.  Being able to get anything I want when I want I would never have to worry about anything.
These three reasons are the most important reasons to be lightning McQueen to me . My number one ketch fraise is “Float like a Cadillac sting like a Beemer”. This explains me I am smooth on the road but I am your worst enemy.

Way Back When

Five things to include.
1. Pictures of houses and stores- This should be included in the time casual for many reasons. They should have a couple pictures of houses to show people the difference in our houses and theirs. Also have many pictures of popular stores and other important buildings in Blackville. These should be included because they should see how the world changed and also how our stores and buildings look toward theirs.
2. Pictures of a moose and wild life. These pictures should also be included in the time capsule. These should be included in the time capsule because a hundred years from now some wild life my not exists.
3. List of jobs- List of active jobs should be included in the time capsule because every day jobs are closing and few are opening. A hundred years from now they may have totally different ways of making a living.
4. A computer- This should be included in the time capsule because a hundred years from now mostly likely everything is going to be touch screen. Also there technology will be way more advance compared to our technology.
5. A CD of today’s popular music- This should also be included because music changes every day. Also they can hear what kind of music we listened to a hundred years ago. The people may find it interesting to find the difference in the music quality and type.
Dear: Future
Every day things are changing so it would surprise me if use ever wrote a letter. These years in 2012 letter are almost thing of the past. I am currently 16 and live with my two parents and my sister.
I am currently in school runs from k-12 each grade has about 30kids. The school day week runs through Monday through Friday.  On our spare time we attend many parties and socialize with our friends.  Here in Blackville we only have a couple small canteens and value foods.  To travel we use gas cars we do have some but very few electric cars.
For technology we have computers, cell phones, and tablets. We also have e readers which are replacing our paper books every day. For technology in our class rooms we have computers and smart board we still have chalk board but are hardly every used.
A hundred years ago every day things are changing to be made easier.  So I would imagine a hundred years from when I wrote this things would have changed a lot from technology to transportation.

Day In The Life

                                                                                               Wednesday, February 18, 1922

This morning, my mom yelled at me, like every other morning, to rise and get ready for school. With a big yawn, I sat up in bed and pried my eyes open, all while pulling my trousers up around my waist. I scampered downstairs, and inhaled the heavenly scent of freshly made bacon, looking to the stove to see that in fact, there was a pan full of sizzling and popping bacon. Breakfast was simply delicious, as usual, with Mummy being such a good cook…
I quickly reached for my black slate and a fresh piece of chalk, and ran outside to be welcomed into a crisp, cool, February morning, with no clouds in sight. I waved good bye to my parents and three younger siblings who were not yet old enough to go to school. As I was 16, and the oldest, my brother, Michael, who was 12, and my sister, Jane, who was seven, made our way to school. The twins were still only three, and my sister Martha was going to start school this falls. On our way to school we meet up with most of our classmates. After reaching the school house, we all chip in and grab some wood and place it beside the small cast-iron fireplace to keep the room warm all day.  When finally reached the long wooden benches the teacher was at the front of the room giving instructions for each grade starting at grade 1 all the way up to 12.
The first subject we started with was mathematics In grade ten we were learning about volume and surface area of triangles. Aftermath we had a half a hour break where we would have a quick snack and play a quick game of arm wrestle. After break we went back to the small crowded school room where we would learn about history of different places. After history we had a hour lunch where we had a lunch and we played many games outside like manhunt and tag.  Once we had a full hour of fun we returned to the class room where we had English and learned about different types of writing.
By the time English was over it was three o’clock and it was time to return back home.  On the way home my friends and I all got together and socialize. As we reached each person’s house we drop them off and then keep on the journey home.
After returning home my brothers and I went over to the barn and help my father with the chores. The chores consisted of cleaning the horse stalls and also collecting the eggs. Once the chores were completed and all the work in the barn was completed we would all return back to the house where we would enjoy a meal my mother had prepared for the whole family for supper. After supper the whole family got together and talked about our day. When it came that time to go to bed we all washed up and got on our pajamas and listen to a couple of story my mother and father told. Then the whole family headed off to bed.
